Order Online

You may order prints through our secure website.  From the product pages click the "Add to Order" button.  To view items in your order  click the "View Order" link at the top of the page.  To remove an item from your purchase, click the "Remove" Button on the "View Order" page. To complete your purchase, click the "Checkout" link.

Order by Phone

We are happy to take your order over the phone.

         If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and the items you wish to order.  We will respond as soon as possible.


Order by Email

We accept orders via email.  Please send an email to Kathryn at sales@trilliumrareprints.com specifying the Item Code(s) and your shipping address.  Do not email your confidential credit card information.  Please call to give us your billing information.

Payment Types Accepted

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, check, and  money order.  You may also checkout though the Google Checkout, using your previously saved account information by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the checkout screen. When paying by check or money order, your order will be shipped after we receive payment.

Standard size items are shipped flat, placed in a plastic bag between several sheets of sturdy cardboard. Oversize items are shipped in a tube.

Returns
All items are guaranteed as described. Any purchase may be returned for a full refund within 10 working days as long as it is returned in the same condition as sent. We request that we be notified of any return and that the items be shipped by the same method as sent. Upon our receipt of items we will issue you a full refund or credit.



Privacy
Your name, shipping address, and billing address are saved in our system if you set up an account. Your credit card information is not saved. We will never share your information with anyone.
